FURTHER DETAILS
Frequently asked questions.
Can a mural be completely bespoke?
Yes. Photographs, measurements, colour preferences and the desired artistic direction can inform the concept.
Can a mural be installed while a restaurant operates?
Scheduling depends on the materials, ventilation and site safety conditions. Suitability is assessed project by project.
Are these photographs of completed projects?
No. The images currently represent design directions. Real commissions will be shown separately and clearly identified when available.
Do I need to provide a finished drawing?
No. A photograph, a few references and a description of the mood you want are enough to start a design discussion.
Is mural design the same as on-site painting?
No. Scope, surface condition, materials and execution responsibilities are agreed separately.
BESPOKE WALL ART
Planning an artistic mural for a home or hospitality space
A mural can provide a space with a visual narrative, whether botanical, figurative or abstract. A thoughtful composition considers the architecture, light, viewing distance and the identity of the people who use the room.
Begin with the story
A restaurant may need an artwork that supports its concept, while a private home calls for a more personal direction. Reference images and preferred colours help define the brief.
Compose for the actual wall
Windows, wall proportions, furniture and circulation affect what visitors see. Small-scale sketches should be considered in relation to the full wall.
Separate design from execution
Concept development, surface preparation and physical painting are distinct stages. Materials, site safety and timing must be reviewed before works are confirmed.
Mural ideas from a Mersin-based art atelier
To discuss a mural, send a photograph of the wall, approximate dimensions, visual references and your desired timing. The artistic concept and any on-site implementation are considered separately.
