Personal Data Protection Notice
This notice explains the processing of personal information submitted via the Astramonti project form, email and live chat under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
1. Data controller
Data controller: Astramonti, operating the Astramonti art and design brand. Contact: info@astramonti.com; location: Mersin, Türkiye. Astramonti is not presented as a separately incorporated company unless such a company is actually registered.
2. Categories and purposes
We process identification/contact details (name, email, optional phone), project data (requested service, location, approximate size, description), live-chat content and limited technical/security records to evaluate requests, communicate with you, discuss projects, maintain security and protect legal rights where necessary.
3. Collection methods and legal grounds
Data is collected electronically, wholly or partly by automated means, through forms, emails and chat messages you send. Depending on the particular processing, possible grounds include KVKK Article 5/2(c) (contract-related steps), 5/2(f) (legitimate interests), 5/2(e) (establishment/exercise/protection of rights) and 5/2(ç) (legal obligations). Specific consent is obtained separately where required.
4. Recipients
Recipients may include authorised Astramonti staff, web hosting and email service providers, technical vendors, and—when live chat is used—the Telegram bot/service and authorised group members. Disclosures to public bodies may occur where legally required. Sharing is limited to the purposes explained above.
5. International transfers
Telegram and certain technical services may process information outside Türkiye. International transfers require an applicable legal mechanism and safeguards under the current KVKK Article 9 framework. This notice is not consent to such transfers.
6. Data subject rights
Under KVKK Article 11 you may request confirmation of processing, information about purposes and recipients, correction, deletion/destruction where legally available, notification to recipients, objection to certain exclusively automated adverse decisions, and compensation for unlawful processing where applicable.
7. How to apply
